We sold this monstrous Todt Hill home for $1,435,000 in 2022. It was for sale on and off for nearly 9 years with a plethora of Realtors. We got it done.
This house was wholly untouched for almost 30 years, but our marketing efforts helped bring out the huge positives about the property and led to a multiple offer situation where the seller was able to choose the one that worked best for his family.
We ended up representing the buyer for the transaction as well and smoothly guided it to the closing table.
